I taught Special Ed 17 years total--mostly at Appomattox High School and Otter River Elementary School. I also worked with adults with Special Needs at the ARC & Sheltered Workshop in Lynchburg, VA. After retirement, I was the Personal Care Assistant for my former husband, Errett Callahan. We were married almost 30 years. Now remarried for 13 years to Glenn Buck, former professor of Special Education at the University of Lynchburg, we enjoy exercising, dancing, hiking, & traveling. Glenn is also a musician playing saxaphone, keyboards, & flute.
